As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide outstanding IT service to our growing teams by managing applications and services, while technically supporting our LYNX employees in giving customers the best experience they can imagine.

The tasks include (amongst others):

  • Providing day-to-day technical support for your colleagues (on site and remote)
  • Monitoring and follow up of ongoing tickets and local projects, escalate to internal specialists or involve and take over communication with external parties
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot new and existing workstations in compliance with company standards
  • Draw up tutorials and maintain our internal knowledge base for the use and maintenance of systems and applications
