Description:
Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland government department to recruit an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Officer contract to 28/06/2024 based in the Brisbane CBD and working from home.
In this role you will:
- Maintains strong positive relationships with the management, team members, and stakeholders and actively participates in teamwork and activities.
- Provides accurate specialist advice and guidance to business, management and other key stakeholders with regards to delivery, operation and use of ICT and information management, and potential business benefits.
- Investigates problems in systems, processes and services and assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
- Carries out agreed operational procedures and contributes to standards and procedures for the achievement of good practice.
- Participates in the delivery of services including development of products, testing and remediation of identified issues, assistance and support for users, as well as maintenance of accurate records and documentation.
- Actively participates and contributes to the plans and collective achievement of Information Services team targets, goals and objectives.
- Contribute to an equitable, healthy and safe work environment.
You will have:
- Knowledge Management (KNOW) – Level 3
- Systems Installation/Decommissioning (HSIN) – Level 4
- Asset Management (ASMG) – Level 3
- Incident Management (USUP) – Level 4
- Experience with ITSM tool ServiceNow and, while not mandatory, relevant tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Information Technology will be highly regarded
