The Opportunity
The ICT Project Manager in ACCIONA, Australia, holds a pivotal position as the driving force behind transformative change initiatives. This role plays a crucial role in delivering strategic advancements throughout the organisation.
With a focus on supporting the ICT Managers across various domains, including Applications, Infrastructure, Business Project Services, and End User Services, the ICT Project Manager excels in designing and implementing innovative business change initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • End-to-end project management for ICT projects, encompassing applications, infrastructure, and end users.
  • Efficiently manage project scope in alignment with initiative and program objectives.
  • Take ownership of the full project life cycle, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to deployment for major and minor initiatives simultaneously.
  • Capture and oversee all aspects of related projects to ensure alignment with stream objectives and support their achievement.
  • Document scope, project plans, financial plans, and resource requirements; engage and manage resources, including third parties, to deliver agreed transformation outcomes.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Extensive experience as an ICT Project Manager, adept at managing medium-sized projects spanning infrastructure, end user services, and software/applications.
  • Strong preference for an IT Project Management certification, demonstrating a high level of proficiency and expertise in the field.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects, showcasing the ability to handle diverse responsibilities and drive project success.
  • Experience in overseeing a wide range of projects encompassing infrastructure (server migrations, small data center relocations, DR/BCP plans), end user services projects (Windows/Office upgrades, rollout of new meeting room technology), and business project services (small new IT office fit out projects) ideally
