About the role
As an ICT Support, you will handle essential IT support tasks, such as hardware replacements and basic troubleshooting. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with international colleagues and partners, ensuring efficient IT operations across multiple countries. You will be the key liaison between users and IT partners, responding swiftly to user inquiries and supporting various IT projects.

Work tasks

• Provide basic IT support, including hardware replacements and troubleshooting
• Manage the lifecycle of IT equipment and plan procurement
• Respond promptly to user inquiries and support tickets via multiple communication channels
• Collaborate with international IT partners and support staff
• Assist in planning and implementing IT projects

We are looking for

• Good knowledge of Windows environments and basic IT support tasks
• Practical experience in IT support or related fields
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Fluent English skills; proficiency in Swedish is considered an advantage
• Ability to handle multiple systems and manage tasks dynamically
