About the Role
As a key member of a small dynamic team and reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of timely and efficient IT support services to the business on a national scale. The role will suit a service-orientated person who is composed, patient and is able to deal with multiple enquiries and issues, providing quick responses and accurate results.

Responsibilities:

  • Provision of IT support services, level 1 tickets
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, servers, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support to the branch (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
  • Testing new technology and training usersActive participation in the implementation of new IT solutions and services
