ICT Support in ND2

We are looking for a full-time interim for ICT Support for a temporary 4 months pediod of time together with our client European Chemicals Agency ECHA. Please note that the working language is English.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The jobholder will contribute to the activities of the Horizontal support team, to support the IT product management of Biocides IT tools by performing the tasks indicated below.
The job starts 1.6.2024 and it ends 30.9.2024.

• Assist the product manager of R4BP 3 in managing and updating the product backlog, performing requirements analysis, running testing sessions, validating the deliverables and engaging the relevant stakeholders to collect their feedback and test the IT implementations;
• Support in the pre and post roll out activities of Biocides IT tools upon release (i.e. implementing communication plans for the targeted stakeholders);
• Provide support to the preparations of the release of series of versions of R4BP 3 by performing dedicated testing and follow up actions with the contractor/service desk;
• Report R4BP 3 and SPC IUCLID potential issues and bugs to IT Service Desk, following up and validating the provided solution;
• Supervise data correction for R4BP 3;
• Contribute to the reporting based on data collected through the biocides IT tools.
