Description:

We are hiring for the role of ICT Support Officer. As an ICT Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end users within the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, providing technical support to end users.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of network concepts and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.
