Description:

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • a diploma or degree on either computer science/computer engineering/business management or at least 5 years relevant work experience, preferal on health industry
  • essential customer services experience, with experience on IT support role
  • great software knowledge including the M365 stack, InTune and Android/Apple iOS systems
  • with experience on managing end user devices, including remote management
  • great technical skills to deliver quality system performance
  • great people skills with an ability to motivate others to get involved in activities
  • ability to follow policies and procedures to meet audit requirements
  • full NZ driver’s licence or overseas equivalent
  • flexible multitasking and time management skills

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Our head office in Auckland is looking for a full time skilled ICT system analyst to join the dedicated team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Contribute to the development of long-term strategies and capacity planning for ICT hardware
  • Provide technical specifications and recommendations for ICT product purchases
  • Manage End User Compute software and deploy & monitor applications to end-user devices
  • Provide support and corrective solutions for ICT users
  • Ensure ICT devices and related hardware & software are working efficiently and correctly
  • Monitoring and reporting on desktop performance and operations
  • Contribute to proactively support and maintain end-user hardware using all solutions
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and operational procedures
  • Oversee the administration of security awareness training, proactively engaging users, and providing support in advancing adherence to the NIST security framework
