Description:

As an ICT System Engineer, your main focus is maintaining the ICT infrastructure of all our global offices. As well as hardware, there’s also software and operating systems, including mobile device management and asset management. You support all our offices and project teams based at customer locations. You also actively participate in ICT projects.

You are responsible for:

  • Supporting the challenging ICT landscape within our software development and consultancy environment. The infrastructure covers WAN, LAN, and WLAN networking and security as well as Windows servers and clients.
  • Maintaining a large variety of software suites, such as Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, etc.
  • Solving support requests that come in via our ticketing system.
  • Assisting in ICT projects, such as automation, new hardware and software standards and their deployment methods. Where relevant, you also pay special attention to security and disaster recovery.
  • Helping with other parts of the infrastructure such as server management, both physical and virtual, and networking depending on your skillset and interests.
