An Automation Integration Engineer at Micron, you will be responsible for both implementing new systems and supporting existing systems for global core organizational functions for your domain. You will use the following standardized release procedures: coordinating, planning, monitoring, documenting, testing, and scheduling in a manner consistent with department standards when applicable. You will also help align the capabilities of the company’s software and design business processes and requirements based on business need.

  • Proven track record to establish and maintain effective relationships
  • Proven ability to communicate complex analysis in a succinct and actionable manner
  • Proven ability to plan, drive and complete projects effectively
  • Validated skills in working effectively with team members from different subject areas
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be detailed oriented and able to follow complex procedures
  • Confirmed ability to prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple tasks
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Power Point
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and self-improve
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and efficiently facilitate meetings and project teams
  • Experience or knowledge in one or more scripting, programming, and visualization tools (i.e. Python, Java, Tableau, Matlab, Microsoft Suite)
  • Advanced problem-solver – understanding of data, good data intuition and data visualization skills
  • Experience or knowledge of data collection, warehousing systems, and data cleansing

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Required: BS in Information Technology Management, Supply Chain Management, Production Operations Management (POM), equivalent degree, or relevant experience
  • Preferred: Three or more years of experience. Knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing process regarding automation, scheduling, cycle time and manufacturing efficiency.
