We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join the Identity & Access Management team within our Enterprise IT department. Working closely with colleagues in the UK, Netherlands and Canada you’ll have a global remit to help manage and support key underlying corporate systems, including Okta, Identity Manager and more! You will be working with Identity Governance and Administration and have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business by continuing to automate our Identity Governance processes. • Owning and resolving reported 3rd line issues, proactively identifying issues and resolving before they cause an impact
  • Delivering quality - providing detailed, timely updates on user issues, autonomously producing documentation and updating production incident tickets
  • Communicating - transparently communicating at an appropriate technical level to the wider Enterprise IT team and more senior project stakeholders
  • Working with others - Working with others within the IAM team, wider EIT team and other parts of tech
