Description:
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Identity Access Management, the Identity Access Management Analyst assists customers with management of digital identity access to Orlando Health technology assets and resources. Activities require interaction with Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Identity Access Management (IAM), and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools to provision, de-provision, update, and audit user access as per designated job role(s).

EDUCATION/TRAINING
High School diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of three (3) year of information technology with customer support experience.
- Has the ability to interface with, and gain the respect of, stakeholders at all levels and roles in the company.
- Working knowledge of Identity Management, Identity Governance, Directories and Databases, Microsoft Active Directory, Privileged Account Management, large and complex systems having multi-layered architectures and use of Software Development Lifecycle
methodology.
- Working knowledge in two or more of the following Identity management areas: single sign-on (SSO), data management, identity federation, enterprise directory architecture and design, including directory schema, directory services, namespace and replication topology experience, resource provisioning, ITIL, and process integration. Identity and access governance includes role-based access control, access request and certification, user life cycle management processes, and organizational change management.
Responsibilities:
- Works independently under direct supervision from the supervisor or manager.
- Monitors ticket queue and ensures tickets are updated in a timely manner, keeping customer well-informed throughout the entire process.
- Utilizes system utilities, IAM, HRIS and Active Directory tools, logs, processes, and desktop technologies to properly identify root causes and then communicates findings clearly with the appropriate personnel.
- Takes ownership of Identity-related issues when on-call.
- Performs troubleshooting of issues impacting various Digital Identity services.
- Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
- Participate in implementation meetings, workshops, and prepares documentation as required to train new staff on equipment,
software, and procedures required to provide day-to-day support to our customers.
- Partners with senior team members in the management of Identity Management software configuration and development, maintaining system performance and functionality.
- Leads implementation of IAM projects with moderate complexity and works with IAM Analysts and Security Engineers on more complex projects.
- Leads post-project implementation review (lessons learned).
- Reports major issues to the appropriate leader(s), leads parties in remediation planning, and facilitates resulting correspondence.
- Participates in downtime procedures with any interested or potentially affected parties. Effectively prepares for downtime events,
provides coordination for execution, and delivers post assessment & communication.
- Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
- Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
