Description:
As an Identity Analyst you will be ensuring effective operational support & timely delivery of the IT Identity Management environment. You will be ensuring business and technical service requirements are correctly interpreted and implemented whilst enabling a secure and seamless user authentication to RAC application and associated services.
What will you be doing?
- Reducing operational risk and improving availability of the directory and identity management systems
- Delivering service activities, ensuring critical business services availability, capacity planning and business continuity support
- Providing an optimal service operations execution across the Identity Management platforms and associated systems including AD, Entra ID, M365 tenancy
- Supporting the user Identity life-cycle and associated platforms
- Evaluating system and solution design are effectively applied and validated to endorse IT service transition and management processes
- Collaborating with an effective cross functional team operation and execution of RAC Group IT operations service and incident management processes
What are we looking for in you?
- Working knowledge and demonstrated experience maintaining and configuring Identity and User Access Management platforms, including privileged access controls
- Proven Microsoft configuration management skill set (in part or whole) covering; Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID and Azure services.
- Experience in the maintaining, configuration, and provisioning of platforms including Azure MFA, Identity Governance, Microsoft 365, Single Sign-On (SAML, OAuth)
- Experience in Automation & Orchestration solutions and common scripting technologies (PowerShell, Terraform, etc.)
- Expert analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting and consultative skills.
- Ability to engage with internal customers/business units with clear communication
