Supporting the Identity Governance Manager, we have an incredible role as an Identity Governance and Consultant to join Allianz Australia. The primary purpose of this role is to enable Allianz Australia to operate with confidence by facilitating the delivery of an effective Identity and Access Governance program.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams to develop and embed sound cyber security risk management practices.
- Identify and perform continuous improvement initiatives including assisting in maturing the policies, standards and procedures owned by the team and helping to embed these across the organisation.
- Perform deep dives and route cause analysis and provide recommendations and assist with remedial actions, as applicable.
- Provide and help embed cyber risk advice as required by AAL, identifying, recording and providing advice regarding of cyber security related risks, issues, incidents and mitigating actions.
- Support development and maintenance of Cyber Security, Protection & Resilience dashboards for internal, Management and Board reporting. Contribute to Management and Board reporting.
- Collaborate with our Global Cyber Security community, liaise effectively with AAL IT and Security Operation teams and contribute towards delivering our Cyber Strategy.
- Ensure user identity governance procedures are performed efficiently and effectively, to meet access and control objectives.
- Develop, define and document end-to-end identity governance processes and procedures.
- Develop, execute and improve the User Access Review process, including identification and remediation of special accounts and/or deviations such as orphaned accounts, generic accounts and system accounts. Identify, develop and implement Segregation of Duties (SoD’s) capabilities including toxic combinations.
- Understand the Identity source of truth and streamlined access provisioning / de-provisioning, user access validation, approval process and reporting within the Global and Local Identity and Access Management systems
