KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts, standards, and protocols, such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to come up with creative solutions to complex issues.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or at least 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Hands-on experience in SailPoint, Radiant Logic, Virtual Directories, Federated Identity, Workday, and Epic.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • A master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience in working with healthcare or education sectors.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

As an Identity Management Workforce Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our identity and access management solutions, from design and development to testing and deployment. You will also manage the work of team members, mentor engineers, prioritize work, and be the first-level escalation point for any issues that arise. You will collaborate with ERP and EHR teams to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions that meet their needs and expectations, while ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of identity and access management solutions using SailPoint, Radiant Logic, Virtual Directories, Federated Identity, Workday, and Epic.
  • Manage the work of team members, assign tasks, monitor progress, provide feedback, and ensure quality and timely delivery of the solutions.
  • Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation among the team.
  • Prioritize work, manage resources, and ensure alignment with business objectives and security standards.
  • Be the first-level escalation point for identity and access management issues, and coordinate with other teams and vendors to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work closely with ERP and EHR teams to understand their identity and access management needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements and expectations, while ensuring a seamless and secure user experience.
  • Provide technical oversight of the non-employee management system, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in identity and access management, and recommend improvements and enhancements to the solutions and processes
