Description:

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as business analyst (identifying and analyzing functional requirements).
  • Solid understanding of sales procedures (face-2-face or digital sales).
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Leadership Skills to manage project teams and to influence business decisions through concise storytelling.
  • Collaboration & communication, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Excel and power BI
  • Salesforce and SAP
  • Agile Methodology
  • Bachelor’s degree in systems, technology or civil industrial
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Responsibilities:

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We are searching for a talented Business Analyst with experience in technology to be part of our team in a big FMCG company. You will be responsible for analyze and understand business requirements that come from Marketing and trade, related to digital areas (such as ecommerce, B2B engagement and others) as well as collaborate in the implementation of Digital/technical solutions that drive growth and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse data, and develop strategies for business growth.
  • Analyse and understand the commercial needs of the company in the mass consumption sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect, document, and validate project requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for the implementation of digital platforms and e-commerce strategies.
  • Assist in the implementation of new systems or processes, providing support and training as needed as well as to facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Perform tests and validate the implemented solutions to guarantee their effectiveness and compliance with requirements.
  • Manage the communication and agreements with global and regional areas, at the same time that will manage the relationship with local suppliers that support the system implementation.
