REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience of 1-3 years in financial services
  • Knowledge of Transfer Agency desirable
  • Knowledge of Trailer Fees/Rebates desirable
  • Previous experience of high-profile client facing desirable
  • Analytical mindset required with evidence of problem-solving experience
  • Enthusiastic individual with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure
  • Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Positive individual who performs in a manner that makes a strong impression on others, e.g., high energy level, a problem-solving approach, approachable; and the ability to act with a sense of urgency when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the adherence to trailer fee procedures, job aids and operational controls when carrying out tasks.
  • Expected to develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of Trailer fee processes and systems in order to become an operational SME
  • Responsible for the quality inputting of trailer fee contract setups and terms.
  • Expected to develop an understanding of the trailer fee omnibus model and perform accurate input of omnibus positions on behalf of our clients’ distributors.
  • Responsible for the analysis of trailer fee calculation outputs and justification of variances.
  • Responsible for the timely response to client & broker queries received into the team mailbox.
  • Responsible for delivering quality client service via written email responses and periodic client calls.
  • Expected to be able to execute backdated calculations, and manual calculations where necessary, to service our clients ad hoc & nonstandard needs.
  • Responsible for escalation of operational issues or challenges to the team leader / manager.
  • Responsible for the adherence to company values of Professional, Accountable, Client Focused, Excellence and Leadership in all tasks and interactions
  • Expected to develop critical analysis mindset and a risk excellence approach.
  • Responsible of the preparation of the KPIs to bill the client
  • Responsible for issuing payments and actioning the necessary system checks
