We are looking for a Professional IFRS Group Accountant (m/w/d) in Berlin to strengthen our global Group Accounting team. Responsibilities:
- Organize the month-end reporting process for the Group, managing the various internal and external accountants and providing support to ensure reporting deadlines are met.
- Taking full ownership of the management accounts for the central companies, liaising with key stakeholders, and ensuring the reporting obligations are met.
- Collaboration in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements.
- Identifying key opportunities and implementing changes to adapt financial processes that reduce risk and enhance the financial control environment.
- Completing regular balance sheet and P&L reviews of the various companies in the group including documentation of internal controls.
- Review of new contracts and preparation of accounting memos Ad hoc analysis to improve the understanding of financial results
