ABOUT THE ROLE

As an IFS Specialist, you’ll be responsible for configuring and maintaining the IFS system, providing user support, and developing system functionalities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes, mapping how can the system be used better to service the business and guiding users through system features.

• To actively develop the IFS system in a business-oriented manner.
• To find out how the system serves the business even better.
• Provide user support, especially to maximize the benefits of new features in the system.
