Description:

THE OPPORTUNITY

KBR’s Land Team is currently seeking experienced ILS Managers to provide management and integrated logistics support activities across a number of Defence projects.

The ILS Manager’s responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight, management and delivery of ILS documentation ( (ILSC, ILSP, ILSI, ILS and support contract SOW and DIDs and DSDs and FMS documentation).
  • Provision of SME advice to the review of contract deliverables (including, but not limited to: TETP, RPIL, RPL, MRSL).
  • Assist with planning of the ILS Program including the development of ILS strategies, concepts and workforce plan.
  • Provision of ILS specialist advice associated with the analysis, definition and planning for project execution.
  • Provide Inventory Management support utilising MILIS skills.
  • Provision of SME materiel sustainment advice to higher management and technical reviews.
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders (PMs, Engineers, client groups, functional departments) to ensure ILS activities are appropriately managed.
  • Other project support activities when required by the Project Director or their delegate.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

The successful candidate will be/have:

  • A suitably qualified ILS Professional with a minimum of 7+ years experience within Defence or a related industry;
  • Strong working knowledge of Defence Logistics systems, tools and processes;
  • General familiarity with land vehicle systems (desirable);
  • Demonstrated experience in the current Capability Life Cycle (advantageous); and
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
