REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • An Accounting, Administration background is preferable.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Accounting & Finance, relevant work experience and/or Accounting qualifications preferable. • Financial services background highly desirable. • Proficiency in MS Office: Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point essential.

Responsibilities:

• To cover all the areas of the Accounting Department. • Opening anagraphic (customers, bonds, cd’s and impersonal accounts). • Daily inputting and subsequent filing. Uploading Fex, curves and bonds prices. • Preparation and analysis of daily p/l reports. • Checking daily reports and investigating any discrepancies. • Assisting in preparing the Managements Accounts • BOE and Head Office reporting. • Assisting in preparing any relevant tax issues. • Booking items over fixed assets register.
