JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain and provide support for Veson IMOS Platform and related modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing Veson-related issues, resolving technical glitches, and optimizing system performance.
• Collaborate with vendors, technical support, and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in continuous system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accurate functionality and data integrity.
• Ensure continuous improvement and effective usage of the system and internal procedural steps to maximize the software’s output.•Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the maritime and software industries, applying knowledge to enhance software capabilities and user experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Exp: 1-3 years out of that at least 1 year in IMOS Platform

• We are looking for a specialist with a strong background in Veson IMOS Platform.
• Veson IMOS Platform Specialist
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management, administration, troubleshooting and support of Veson Maritime software across the organization.
• deep understanding of maritime industry operations to ensure seamless integration and operation of Veson solutions. Experience with Microsoft Business Central would be beneficial.
