As an Implementation Coach, you will:

• Build trust-based relationships with clients to influence decision-making.
• Guide clients to clarify their goals, objectives, and challenges.
• Facilitate activities, exercises, or workshops that guide teams through their problem-solving.
• Use data and information to build client-centric frameworks.

• Collaborate with all levels of the client organization, from the front line to senior leaders, to advance projects.Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere.

• A Bachelor’s degree (a Master’s degree is an asset)
• Mobility to do weekly commutes or rotations
• Mobility and willingness to relocate
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in coaching, consulting or project management
• Strong data analyticsFamiliarity with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
