Implementation Consultant

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team to implement the Unycom solution for new customers.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be part of the Unycom solution On-boarding/Implementation team. The Unycom solution is an Intellectual Property Management Solution for global companies. Our clients use our solution to manage their inventions, patents, designs, trademarks, contracts, etc.. The Unycom solution is used as communication and collaboration platform between internal and external users. It is the workflow solution of the IP department to manage their internal processes.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Be an Expert in our Unycom implementation projects
• Work collaboratively and closely as part of our project team with our customers and Clarivate internal project managers, migration experts and other implementation consultants
• Perform user trainings for our customers (remote or on-site)
• Perform workshops to analyse and define customer tailored processes (remote or on-site)
• Configure customer processes in the Unycom solution via the user interface and/or Oracle database
• Be the main contact for customer regarding Unycom features and configuration of the Unycom solution during the projects
• Work collaboratively and closely with different internal teams

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• You have interest or already gathered experience in working in Intellectual Property areas (IP)
• Next to your interest in working closely with customers, you like to align and implement processes and configurations
• You have a strong interest in implementing software
• You have strong presentation and moderation skills
• You have advanced knowledge in the usage of PL/SQL
• You have relevant project experience
• Excellent command of English and German (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel

It would be great if you also had

• Experience with IP management software, preferably the Unycom software
• Strong analytical skills and abstract thinking
• Technical affinities (e.g., for configuration via the user interface)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (e.g., PowerPoint)
• A proactive and organized way of working

About The Team
The team is located in Graz (Austria) and Munich (Germany) and consists of Project manager, Implementation Consultant with IP (Intellectual Property) background, Implementation Consultants with technical background and Data Migration Experts. Collaborative environment where team members works closely together and with Product Management, Premium Service and Presales teams.
