SPS Commerce is hiring an Implementation Consultant II to support our clients in Implementation on our Microsoft Market Team! As a Consultant II, you will work on a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for customers. This role will facilitate problem research, isolation, diagnosis, resolution and follow-up for customer change events and managing escalated events when necessary.
This is a fully remote role, and can be based anywhere in the Philippines
The role will work US based time zones
