Description:

Come and join our Nordic Delivery Management team within Nordic Operations.
As Implementation Consultant, you will guide and advise our customers from across the Nordic markets through the implementation and onboarding of D&B UI Products. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain high level of knowledge in the UI products. In short, the Implementation Consultant will be a Product Specialist and use this knowledge to efficiently onboard customers.
Possible locations for this role are Helsinki, Søborg, Oslo or Stockholm.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Experience from customer facing roles.
  • Experience from a project co-ordination role with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience from onboarding web products
  • Experience from documenting
  • Experience from D&B data and solutions are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, fluency in another language is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing full support to clients throughout the lifecycle of an implementation/onboarding project by being responsible to execute on Orders of UI implementation and onboarding services according to customer agreement with quality in a secure and resilient way.
  • Answering detailed customer questions on available request/response of using the Data and best practice/recommendations.
  • Understanding the solution (product, data, and process) and using that knowledge to solve the customer’s issues.
  • Act as a Product Specialist in the borderline the data, product and client.
  • Provide competence and strong understanding of specific UI products, service architecture and backend systems.
  • Support the intake of new or updated processes and products, to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide mentorship to colleagues and educate stakeholders on processes, fostering standardization and compliance
