Overview:
Supports the operations of the organization’s training and development function by assessing the training needs of employees and evaluating the performance of current training programs and materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the Implementation of customer/pharmacy facing automation to develop timelines and working with key stakeholders and external automation vendors to ensure a successful integration leveraging AS/400 and or Framework application
  • Completes required implementation, validation checklists, and documentation for new implementation
  • Reviews and coordinates implementation components and timelines with all customers, vendors, technology, and support teams to support pharmacy operating procedures in the facility
  • Identifies and prioritizes issues and concerns then document and communicate to leadership
  • Coordinates and conducts in-services, training, and audits in accordance with guidelines and best practice
  • Provides customer/pharmacy automation product support to new and existing customers as it relates to the implementation and/or integration process
  • Consults with internal teams, partner companies, new / existing customers, and third party system vendors
  • Problem solves, including field incoming requests, dealing with issues proactively, suggesting solutions that meet and exceeds customer’s needs
  • Remotes into workstations / applications to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Provides post implementation and on-going customer / pharmacy automation support by working independently with customers for successful resolution
  • Performs other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED; BA/BS or equivalent pharmacy/healthcare experience; Project Management experience desired
  • Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and channels simultaneously
  • Preferred experience or working knowledge of one or more of the following products – MedBank, MedSelect (Flex), Omnicell, NexSys or other automated dispensing device
  • Experience or working knowledge of the following Microsoft Applications:
  • Microsoft Project Online
  • Teams
  • Excel
  • Sharepoint
  • Power Automate
  • Forms
  • Experience or working knowledge of one or more of the following products:
  • AS/400 and or Framework application
  • Pharmacy Technician/LPN work experience
  • Ability to professionally communicate contracted customer goals and directives to defined team members and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Technologically savvy; Intermediate or above computer skills with Microsoft OS and Office applications, Power Automate, Forms, AS 400, and Framework
  • Creative solving of technical problems ensuring the ability to deliver solutions across a wide variety of systems.
  • Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables ensuring the ability to deliver successful implementation repeatedly on time and within scope
  • Field support requests and manage problem resolution documentation and ticketing system
  • Ability to travel up to 90%
