PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE IN A TECHNICAL DOMAIN, OR POSITIONING A SAAS PRODUCT TO THOSE AUDIENCES, AND A BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF THE FOLLOWING TECHNOLOGIES IS PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED:

• User onboarding and offboarding
• Project management and implementation roll out experience
• Salesforce experience with account management and automation
• Administrating or supporting SMB environments & architecture
• Office365 / G-Suite administrative understanding
• Device Management - Windows, MacOS and Linux Operating Systems
• Directory Services , specifically Active Directory and LDAP
• Networking & Authentication (RADIUS a plus!)
• Single Sign-on, SCIM, and SAML
• Software systems setup and configuration experience
• Associates degree desired

WHERE YOU’LL BE WORKING/LOCATION:

JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.
This role is remote in the country of Mexico. You must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico to be considered for this role.

LANGUAGE:

JumpCloud has teams in 15+ countries around the world and conducts our internal business in English. The interview and any additional screening process will take place primarily in English.
