Description:

The Implementation Manager (IM) plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing successful 95 Percent Group implementations. The Dedicated Implementation Manager role combines expertise in the science of reading, evidence-based literacy programs and practices, implementation science and project management to ensure success through the stages of a literacy implementation. The Dedicated Implementation Manager will be the district’s main point of contact and is solely dedicated to overseeing and operationalizing a district’s 95 Percent Group Implementation Success Plan.
Essential Responsibilities:

The IM will:

  • Manage the overall relationship between 95 Percent Group and client school district and school sites by serving as the main point of contact.
  • Collaborate with district leaders in developing a personalized 95 Percent Group I mplementation S uccess P lan . This plan will include goals, timelines, and action plans to support desired outcomes.
  • Monitor implementation progress and effectiveness of clients’ literacy initiative.
  • Monitor and analyze student data to track student reading performance
  • Create and maintain communication system s and protocols to provide site and district partners with regular updates on the implementatio n progress, milestones, and next steps .
  • Use data to inform decision-making to ensure the implementation moves smoothly through the stages of implementation.
  • Coordinate scheduling of 95 Percent Group Professional Learning sessions.
  • Coordinate and manage 95 Percent Group consultant support and communication.
  • Schedule and facilitate regular progress meetings at the cadence agreed upon by district partners.
  • Schedule and facilitate information sessions, product demonstrations, and thought partnership sessions.
  • Provide guidance and targeted technical assistance to district/site leaders on implementing programs within One95 Literacy Ecosystem including professional learning sessions.
  • Develop strategies to sustain the impact of the literacy initiative beyond the initial phase.
  • Maintain a district FAQ document.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain l ong-term client relationships to meet their objectives and the company’s obligations.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive implementation success plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
  • Maintain c onsistent communication/i nteraction with client to plan, organize, monitor , and evaluate the effectiveness of a literacy implementation while maximizing utilization of 95 Percent Ecosystem.
  • Provide regular updates to all invested parties on implementation progress, milestones, and potential risks.
  • Coordinat e and deliver successful professional learning sessions and ongoing technical support to facilitate a successful implementation.
  • Interact consistently with Director of Implementation to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and professional networks to leverage resources, expand market reach and enhance product offerings .
  • Collaborate regularly with other departments to enhance client relationships, product development and implementation.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to clients to assess needs, deliver technical assistance , and support professional learning coaching sessions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on 95 Percent Group products/services, providing guidance and support to ensure a successful implementation.
  • Travel to client site(s) as needed to support implementation projects and deliver exceptional services to our client

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates currently working for Clark County school district are not eligible for employment.
  • Master’s degree in K–6 education and/or advanced degrees in education, reading, or special education.
  • 5 years of experience teaching reading at the primary level ; experience teaching foundational skills.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating literacy programing in an educational setting.
  • Depth of knowledge with implementation science framework and methodologies.
  • Experience working with students having difficulty in read ing
  • Extensive knowledge of evidence- aligned reading research
  • Familiarity with widely used core reading programs.
  • Depth of e xperience in providing professional learning and coaching to educators.
  • Knowledge about structured literacy , training in LETRS , and any multisensory structured language approach, such as Orton-Gillingham.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and build trust with customers while conveying benefits of 95 Percent Group products and services .
  • Experience with account /project management preferred .
  • Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Excel for data analysis, reporting, and client communication.
  • A commitment to customer service that is responsive to both clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of the educational market, including trends, policy, and funding sources preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. A communication and management style that exhibits the mission and values of 95 Percent Group and fosters effective remote team relationships.
  • Experience with content creation/graphic design tools preferred .
  • Passion for literacy and improving reading achievement for students.Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

  • The use of standard office equipment/computers and some light physical work is required.
  • The work environment will range from an office to classroom setting with a low to high noise level.
  • Candidates must be local to Clark County area (within 50 miles). Relocation Assistance is NOT available for this role.
  • Candidate must be able and willing to travel; relocation is not necessary.
  • The role requires up to 40% travel to support district and site level support for Clark County in Nevada.
