About the Role
This role will be responsible for the implementation of value-added services and configurations that create ease of use and access to LexisNexis products. The implementation specialist will consult with customers to assess organizational and technical requirements, proactively identify risks, describe, and implement various solutions including Single Sign On, API/permalinks, and customized cost recovery solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with various customer roles to design and implement technical solutions that increase product adoption and ease of use such as Single Sign On and API/permalinks, as well as solutions that support cost recovery for customers.
  • Clearly explain various configuration options and the related implications of each solution to multiple parties
  • Proactively consider risks related to unique configurations, system limitations, and resources and create proactive resolution plans.
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to security protocols.
  • Execute and test solutions while coordinating all steps with customers and internal partners.
  • Document all relevant actions and configurations for consideration by those performing various fulfillment, customer support and troubleshooting functions.
  • Apply technical knowledge of networks, systems and modern authentication methods (including SAML and OpenID) to implement value-added services, establish protocols, and guide support functions.
  • Communicate throughout implementation with all stakeholders, establishing milestones, critical decision points, and expectations for achieving outcomes that delight our customers.

Requirements:

  • Multi-Lingual: Dutch, German, English highly preferred
  • BS in Computer Science or Business (or related degree or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience deploying authentication with modern methods including SAML and OIDC.
  • 5+ years in customer facing role, implementing technical services or applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Strong business and technical acumen. Experience working with highly educated markets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and process orientation.
  • Experience with complex business processes is required.
