Currently, we are looking for a passionate and energetic Import & Export Supervisor to be based in the Contract Logistics Team. In this role, the successful candidate will monitor daily import & export operations within specified time frames thereby achieving profitability, ensuring high quality standards, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. He /She will also ensure all related KPI are respected as per the SLA agreed with Maison and will act as a liaison between company and the 3PL service provider. The successful candidate will also be a key leader in developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency

JOB SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 4 to 6 years experience operations supervisor or above, actively import / export activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in, supply chain management, business administration or any related field
• Previous experience as an operations supervisor or similar role.
• Specialized knowledge of customs activities specific to POSM/ DG product categories
• Must have worked in a fast paced environment preferably luxury goods industry.
• Strong analytical skills , data analysis and logical thinking.
• Proficient in relevant application software such as MS office
• Detailed understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain distribution.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in SAP ERP tool is preferred

• Oversee and coordinate all shipping, receiving, and distribution operations.
• Work closely with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency, customer service, and cost savings.
• Manage the logistics staff and coordinate scheduling and workloads.
• Monitor the occupancy level of the warehouse inform the Maisons accordingly.
• Ensure that operational flows are compliant and alert the concerned on any change on the same.
• Streamline the template process to cater the product specific and region specific needs.
• Ensure that end to end system processes are executed for any cancellation or return orders.
• Assist the team with ERP activities related to order processing.
• Monitor short pack / over pack claims raised by 3PL partner and follow up with concerned stake holders for necessary adjustments.
• Monitor local destructions for 3PL partner, by coordinating with warehouse team and 3PL company.
• Assist with necessary reports/ dashboard/ etc as required by the management.
• Manage any project or development impacting the logistics distribution
