Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • A management consultant background (3-5yrs experience) where you’ve been a trusted advisor to the business, supporting the development of strategies and plans that align to operations service delivery
  • Experience implementing solutions that have positive time and cost saving initiatives
  • Strong presentation skills both online and face to face and confidence presenting to senior leaders
  • Curiosity – always looking for opportunities and have a continuous improvement mindset
  • Comfortable working with frontline stakeholders, getting their ‘hands dirty’ to embed themselves into the business to understand areas for improvement.
  • A driven ability to work independently, take ownership and accountability for your projects
  • Strong project and process management skills in complex and large-scale projects, including ability to lead small groups and influence stakeholders
  • A humble attitude with a strong ear to listen and a willingness to learn from stakeholders seeking to continually develop your own knowledge and skills
  • Basic financial and numerical understanding with the ability to interpret data and data presentation (however please note this is not a data analyst or BA role).

Responsibilities:

We have a new opportunity for a passionate and experienced improvement analyst to work with our NRMA Roadside leadership team to optimise business improvement.
This role will explore frontline operational efficiencies and drive margin improvement by partnering with key stakeholders to identify, scope and pitch opportunities to senior management, then support the execution by partnering with managers to ensure benefits are realised.
We offer hybrid work arrangement working 2-3 days in the office, with offices based in Sydney Olympic Park and on occasion Sydney CBD and Wetherill Park.
