  • Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
  • Significant Lean experience (7+ years)
  • Leadership experience (line, technical or project work)
  • Change management knowledge
  • Strategic and operational planning knowledge
  • Exposure to process and/or system design methodologies
  • Agile process management
  • Excellent service improvement experience

Responsibilities:

  • Lead key improvement programmes that deliver significant sustained benefit
  • Scope definition, justification, analysis, solution design, implementation, integration into the organisation’s management systems
  • Coach, mentor, and train workplace improvement teams in improvement
  • Support the strategic planning processes to ensure plans are informed by data, prioritised, and aligned to the organisation’s goal
