• Project Management process improvement, maintenance and deployment for E/E SW and HW customer projects
• Prepares demos, presentations, PR materials about its progress and achievements to stakeholders including high management
• Program Management of the running Project Management process imporovements in the PMO
• Ensures that the Project Management Process is compliant with the internal PMO requirements and the latest industrial and Project Management standards (A-SPICE, PMI, etc.)
• Provides Project Management trainings for the Project Managers
• Support PMO activities (e.g: project monitoring, portfolio management, etc.)
