YOUR SKILLS PROFILE
- 6+ years PAE in employment law or industrial relations capacity;
- Working within an in-house environment will be well-regarded;
- Demonstrated experience and ability to represent and advocate before the Fair Work Commission, various other industrial tribunals and commissions;
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills, including stakeholder presentation, negotiation and report writing;
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work in a team;
- A high level of written and oral communication skills; and
- Ability to deliver coaching on workplace relations practice.

Responsibilities:
Working closely with executive management, the HR team and operations, you will advise on a range of workplace matters including drafting and reviewing employment related correspondence, representation at Fair Work Commission, Fair Work Ombudsman and other related bodies.
You will also advise and develop strategic approaches to workplace-related matters including strategy on enterprise agreements, policy and procedure development and employment contracts.
In addition to this, you will also provide assistance to the General Counsel in any transaction or general commercial work as required. We have no doubt that this broader commercial experience will help you anchor your legal career outside of private practice.
