Over the past 13 years, we’ve evolved from a humble idea born around a dinner table into a thriving global company. We manufacture in 4 countries and house our products in 6 warehouses on 4 continents. Our products have sold out of over 1200 doorways and have reached customers in 150 countries. We’re growing and searching for a commercially astute lawyer to join an existing legal team comprising a General Counsel and a trademark manager to be our newest legal go-to human, addressing a diverse range of matters across multiple jurisdictions, including contracts, compliance, litigation, and intellectual property.

• Joined our Chief Production Officer and a prospective supplier to draft a partnership agreement, meticulously safeguarding our interests
• Negotiated a contract with a 3PL partner in a new region, ensuring Bellroy’s ethos is both represented and protected
• Consulted the wider team on new packaging requirements in Europe
• Reviewed a contract agreement for a new software platform we are considering purchasing
• Represented Bellroy on a panel to discuss international IP laws
• Met with our external advisors to ensure we’re making the necessary changes to be compliant with an upcoming change in legislation
