Description:
The ideal profile will be responsible for in-house legal matters including drafting agreements, addressing compliance issues, and participating in negotiation discussions.
To succeed, the candidate should capitalize on both their Law Firm, and In House experience working on a variety of corporate and legal matters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years’ legal work experience
- Experience working from a Law Firm, and In House in Luxembourg
- Qualified lawyer
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to the various internal departments.
- Be responsible for the legal full life cycle of funds and entities.
- Review and draft legal documents (e.g. prospectus, supplier agreements for the Funds, etc).
- Maintain good relationships and liaise with all relevant parties (law firms, service providers).
- Be involved in various projects bringing your legal point of view and expertise.
- Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements.
