Description:
Responsibilities:
- advising senior management on general contractual arrangements, intellectual property matters, contentious matters, insurance and property matters
- drafting and amending precedents
- drafting and delivering risk, compliance and general legal training
- drafting and implementing practice, procedure and governance requirements
- ensuring contractual compliance with the Group’s risk profile
- review and reporting on contract terms
- negotiation of contract, subcontract and other commercial terms; and
- provision of advice and legal support to the NDY Group in the delivery of its projects
