A Sales Executive with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for presenting the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to our owners to generate maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.
Responsibilities to include:
- Actively engage with our portfolio of members and guests
- Presents a professional sales representation of HGV products and services and meets and/or exceeds company and personal sales goals of assigned market.
- Accounts for leads and dispositions them as needed.
- Represents the product and HGVC in the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. Ensures proper business etiquette and responsibilities of the position are maintained at all times.
- Attends all departmental sales training and development programs.
- Maintains optimal levels of performance metrics including cancellation and default rates.
Qualifications
TYPES OF CANDIDATES WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays.
- Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services sector is a plus.
- Communication & partnership skills
- A sharp professional image with the ambition to make things happen.
- Experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products is a plus.
- Minimum of One year Timeshare sales experience
- Individuals looking for growth opportunities within the organization.
