Description:

  • circa $100K p.a. depending on experience
  • Inner-West Sydney / M5 Corridor (Hybrid WFH)
  • Own the inhouse recruitment - great HR team
Our client is a multinational company with a strong local presence in its niche field.
Due to expansion and investment into the HR team, there is now a need for an In-House Talent Acquisition Consultant, to sit within the Human Resources team to support all recruitment across the business, mostly service, sales, and operational roles across a multi-site environment. You will own recruitment-related projects such as in-house training for hiring managers, EVP, employer branding, optimising candidate experience, assessment centers, talent pooling, overseas hiring and expansion, and raising compliance and standardised recruitment process.
You will be part of a high-performing, commercial workplace culture, with a highly valued role within the company, reporting to the P&C Manager, working alongside the HR Business Partners and hiring managers, supported by a P&C Coordinator. You will screen, interview, identify, engage and attract future talent for the organisation.
To be successful in this role you will require experience as an In-House Talent Acquisition Consultant, with experience in end-to-end recruitment of service, sales, and volume blue-collar workforce in a commercial environment. You will be comfortable working autonomously, engaging with all levels within an organisation including senior leaders.
You will have a strong customer service focus, with clear attention to detail mindset. You will have a passion for end-to-end recruitment activities, be persuasive and influential, and have high energy to represent the brand in a niche market. You will be able to educate and influence processes, frameworks, systems, and structure in an evolving HR function and be able to work well in an ambiguous, fast-paced collaborative team environment. You will be proactive, collaborative and values-driven with high levels of integrity, and authenticity, and hold a positive-growth mindset to see challenges as opportunities to add value. You will have strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement approach.
We welcome your enquiries and encourage your contact. Please call Matthew Saitta on 02 8045 2920 or apply online quoting reference number 3405547
