In search for a musculoskeletal / sports therapist

Roles & Responsibilities
Onsite Spine Chiro specializes in quality chiropractic treatment and musculoskeletal sports and massage therapy.
We are expanding and looking to train and fill the position of Musculoskeletal / Sports Therapist.
We will provide one-to-one sports therapy and exercise prescriptions with knowledge and explanation of human biomechanics function to new and existing clients.
Our clientele are mostly office professionals.
The therapist will be trained and certified in our propretiery technique and assessment skills.
The therapist will be involved in:
1) Sports therapy
2) Exercise prescription
3) Assessment
4) Follow up customer’s recovery progress
5) Massage therapy
6) Working closely with our Chiropractor
Competencies:
1) 1 year of sports massage experience is preferred
2) Previous clinical experience as a physiotherapy/chiropractic assistant or fitness/personal trainer will be an advantage
3) Effective communication skills
4) Being hysically active and going to gym regularly would be added advantage
Education:
1) Higher NITEC in Sports Management or Exercise Science or Certificate in Sports Massage or WSQ in Holistic Massage is a MUST
