SUMMARY

Posted: 20 Jun 2024
Weekly Hours: 35
Role Number:200556252
The primary responsibility of the EMEIA In-store Interactive Technology program management team is to take the lead and, when necessary, actively participate in the design and definition of solutions with diverse business teams. The scope encompasses the management of multiple existing or coming in-store demo merchandising solutions and Channel technology initiatives, and related projects across countries, regions and routes to market within Channel sales, starting from initial requirements and continuing through deployment and maintenance, involving a wide array of stakeholders, primarily internal cross-functional teams but not exclusively. The role focuses on project management and delivery of strategic projects and initiatives within EMEIA. An appreciation of business context and technical understanding are required along with an ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams in a matrix organisation. More specifically, the role requires management of the effective operation of key programs, as well as their ongoing improvement and development to meet the business needs as they change and evolve. This will require working and liaising with other business teams and partners from within the region, and teams from the WW organisation.

DESCRIPTION

In scenarios where the team consists of multiple program managers, the team leader may opt to allocate and distribute tasks and responsibilities across the various team members. This strategic approach is employed to ensure a balanced and efficient workload distribution, harnessing the diverse strengths and capabilities of each team member and promoting a collaborative atmosphere that optimises the team’s overall performance. • Autonomously manage and support in-store Interactive Technology programs and initiatives of varying scale and complexity within region working, when appropriate, within an over-arching worldwide program and always within the defined regional forecast targets. • Drive the implementation of improvement/change in regional programs and/or tools, collaborating with our country Demo Program Managers to deliver with quality, and on time. • Act as the authority for the deployment of Interactive technology programs which support the pipeline of new store openings and the delivery in store of those programs as required by Apple. • Lead or support in the development and testing of internal systems before deployment (UAT testing before release). • Manage third party vendors in the planning and delivery of in region technical solutions when needed. • Identify gaps in tools required versus those available and build business cases accordingly to support recommendations. Review business requirements and filter for future development cycles. Work across team functionalities. Anticipate and manage change, issues and risk. • Establish credibility with business cross-functional teams as a trusted advisor (listening, understanding and providing options). • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key business partners within sales and operations, sales planning and support and our partners. • Facilitate and co-ordinate team meetings, conference calls and potential workshops as required supporting above activities. • Proactively seek opportunities to improve business working practices versus waiting for the business to identify requirements. • Document and store on available repository tools all the processes/monitoring/follow up material that you are involved in to ensure effective communications are available to the business and across team functionalities where required. • Provide support & training on specific tools and processes when required. • Compliance : drive demo content and software compliance across all demo program lines of businesses utilising existing systems and tools, as well as creating new processes as needed to achieve targeted compliance results. Leverage existing reporting tools and cross-functional teams to drive compliance in Geo. • Forecast and strategy : develop and implement communication and implementation strategy for local and geo teams, defining deployment plan for coming fiscal year, leveraging WW technology roadmap and plans, knowledge of our Geo landscape and priorities and other team functionalities such as Data analytics. Address content and system launches, system training, instruction, escalation paths, and program timelines, in collaboration with the other team functionalities leads. • Communication : build and maintain strong customer, field, and cross functional relationships. Work alongside WW Interactive Technology, EMEIA and local Sales org, BPR, Support teams, and local DPM in-country as well as other geos’ counterparts.
