MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure we are meeting our supply chain objectives.
  • Ensure all ETAs are updated in all relevant systems. (XPC/Aurora) – Training to be provided for internal systems.
  • Liaise with Freight Forwarder(s) to ensure all purchase orders are going to achieve ETAs prior to shipment.
  • Enhance system availability (Project 44) and integrations to provide best in class information.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • 5+ related experience, BA/BS preferred in a logistics related field.
  • Proven track record in logistics management and experience in developing and overseeing operational plans.
  • Systems orientated, proactive, detail-oriented; ability to handle multiple priorities is essential.
  • Willingness to learn; must be proactive and self-starter.
  • Dynamic communicator. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; organizational skills to manage products in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Occasional Domestic and International travel may be required.
