SCOPE OF JOB
PowerFlex, an EDF Renewables company, is a leading national provider of intelligent onsite energy solutions that support carbon-free electrification and transportation. The Incentive Coordinator will work collaboratively across the organization to manage electric vehicle (“EV”) and storage incentive revenues through participation in various federal and state incentive programs. This role will ensure compliance with all incentive program requirements by organizing asset data into systems such as Salesforce, SharePoint, ClickUp, and Excel. The Incentive Coordinator should be extremely detail oriented and has a desire to learn about newly available incentive programs along with the processes involved in collecting revenue from active applications. QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, environmental policy, renewable energy, or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in a sustainability or renewable energy field preferred
- Database experience (Salesforce preferred) and willingness to learn others
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
- Self-starter who can complete tasks and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Ability to take initiative ownership even in unfamiliar territory
- Passionate about renewable energy
- Competent knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Previous experience with Click-Up a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Remaining in a seated position. Long hours on the computer keyboard. Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 60% - Administration & Operations
- Organize data for active applications through organizing documentation and communicating with stakeholders to find accurate information for active and upcoming incentive applications
- File and conduct quality-check on relevant paperwork with granting authorities
- Create internal incentive scopes for other departments to learn about the funding, rules, and responsibilities for incentive programs PowerFlex participates in
- Coordinate across all departments to fulfill program requirements
- Ensure completion of all required compliance items to receive incentive revenue
- 30% - Business Development
- Research and present new incentive opportunities to increase revenue in core markets
- Participate in customer-facing proposal preparation and meetings to accurately advise on incentive program requirements
- Complete accurate due diligence to ensure potential applications are eligible for desired incentive program, which includes cross collaboration with the sales staff, legal staff and product team
- Work closely with sales staff on incentive pipeline and customer development
- 10% - Other duties as assigned
FISCAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Submission of invoices and paperwork to ensure that all incentive payments are received timely
- Tracking of incentive funding to ensure all is received
- Partnering with accounting to ensure all incentive-based projects are invoices per the incentive program requirements
