JOB DESCRIPTION

Performs complex analysis of incentive related data, formulating conclusions from that analysis and advising the Mortgage line of business management on recommendations for incentives. Completes complex incentive processing that includes significant research regarding modifications and adjustments to incentive payments. Consult with field management on incentive issues.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two or more years of related experience

Ideal Candidate skills:

  • Incentive software processing development and reporting skills which may include MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerBi, MS Power Query, testing and maintenance of databases and processes outside of ICM, as well as knowledge of ICM web client
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with banking industry and products related is a plus
  • Well-developed organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze, identify and resolve incentive related data exceptions

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with incentive plans and processing
  • Well-developed knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
  • Knowledge of ICM (Incentive Compensation Management)

Location: The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
