Additional Information
Responsibilities:
- Business area: marketing, NBX, personalized campaigning
- Organize, manage and improve continuously an E2E incident management serving different business units and applying to different IT delivery units
- Incidents may occur regarding the technical solution and processes as well as data issues
- Responsibility of getting incidents solved in time
- Prioritize and manage triage incl. escalation path with all stakeholders
- Identify solutions to improve stability in the software together with the dev teams
- Establish proactive operations monitoring
- Training and consulting of business users and dev teams to be best in incident management and keeping a high service level
