Incident Response Team Assistant (m/f/d)
Please note: This role is for CU post graduate students only, who are able to live as part of the Residential College System and can participate in an on call duty system.
Your responsibilities:
- Participate in an on-call duty system to respond to calls from students between the hours of 11pm and 5 am during each shift – and to work between 6 and 8 shifts per month (total 40 hours per month)
- Work as part of an on-call team, escalating calls to the Residential Life Officer and Mentor when necessary
- Liaise with other departments and services when dealing with an incident
- Provide timely incident reports
- Support the RLO with data collection and management relating to incidents responded
- Participate in mandatory staff training and be open to professional development opportunities
Your profile:
- Experience of supporting students in international higher education is preferred but not required
- Ability to use MS Office for report writing and data gathering
