Responsibilities:

IN YOUR FIRST FEW WEEKS IN THIS INCLUSIVE DESIGN INTERN ROLE, YOU CAN EXPECT TO:

  • Develop your skills under the guidance of experienced senior staff at Buro Happold
  • Embrace the latest technology and best practice to meet inclusive design requirements
  • Perform detailed designs and calculations and coordinate activities with other members of the design team

YOUR EXPECTED KEY DUTIES:

  • Undertaking detailed inclusive design reviews of projects in the form of plan checking, site visits and report writing compliance to Polish and Foreign regulations (EU, UK).
  • Working in multi-disciplinary often international teams to ensure service and project work are carried out within agreed deadlines and that appropriate service/design decisions are met.
  • Contributing to an inclusive and safe working environment for the entire team.
  • Contributing to team learning, technical development and research.

    To apply for this Inclusive Design Intern role, you will need a Bachelor’s or in progress Master’s degree in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, building management or urban design. Fluency in Polish and English is required.
