YOU AND YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- You are a have a background in Hair, Cosmetics, or Retail Management environments
- Proven senior RETAIL LEADERSHIP in training and developing teams
- Ability in implementing initiatives + structure to drive results
- Experience with one on one consultations + customer relationships
- Qualifications in beauty therapy, make up or cosmetic medicine - Cert or Diploma qualifications an advantage
- Knowledge on skin care treatments, applications + products
- Understanding of the retail and beauty industry + makeup
- Exposure to appointment schedules, admin + client data base management
- Experience with sale targets + KPIs
- Above all you embody a passion for beauty + LOVE GIVING YOUR CUSTOMERS A PREMIUM EXPERIENCE!
