The Indirect Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategy and execution of the Indirect Channel marketing strategy for Rogers Business, as well as campaigns and programs to help the B2B channel achieve their sales targets. In this role you will be the voice of the channel, sharing what is required to support their growth and success. You are a B2B marketer, a strong collaborator and know how to work closely with a sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create the Partner Channel Marketing strategy – develop and execute marketing programs to drive adoption of Rogers Business products and services to support the strategy.
  • Develop co-marketing plans in conjunction with Partner Business Managers and the greater Rogers Business Marketing team in addition to managing partner MDF (marketing development funds) and the review/approval of plans.
  • Align and communicate with channel owners to increase engagement (campaigns, available collateral, new marketing material, etc.) - including delivery of scalable content and training/events to support the delivery of marketing assets.
  • Work cross-functionally within the marketing and sales organisations to deliver programs, tactics, and assets with measured KPIs to the channel to help drive leads.
  • Management and revamp of the Indirect Channel Coop/MDF Programs and Partner Portal which includes, budget management, campaign design, and reporting.
  • Contribute to channel objectives through highly targeted marketing campaigns and tactics.
  • Plan and execute on events in collaboration with a cross-functional team.
  • Track and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and programs and make timely changes if needed.
